Returns
Only4Mummy personally checks all items before sending to ensure they are of the highest quality.  If you receive a product which is damaged or faulty we will send you a replacement as long as its reported within 14 days of purchase and it follows the below conditions:

·         If the product is consumable or cosmetic and has been opened we can not refund due to health and hygiene they must be unused and not opened

·         All returns should be posted to 20 Teasel Way, West Moors, Ferndown, Dorset Bh220PQ,  Items will not be refunded when we receive back the faulty or damaged goods.  Please keep proof of postage.  We recommend recorded delivery

·         We do not refund you for any postage/packing/wrapping costs

Cancellations
Customers have seven days after receiving their goods in which to cancel. If you wish to cancel your order please do so by email or letter. If we have already dispatched your order you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Gift Wrapping
We do have a gift wrapping service for 2.50.  This is subject to the size of the product you order.  Only4mummy reserves the right to refund the gift wrapping service to the customer and send without the wrapping.
